Been experiencing intermittent itchiness and red spots on my inner foreskin and glans

I've been having itchy small red spots (they have the same texture as normal skin) on my glans and foreskin (inner foreskin mostly) for the past couple weeks. I would think it's some form of balanoposthitis, but the weird thing is that sometimes it goes away for a while, then it comes back, and the cycle goes on. I also clean under my foreskin once or twice a day. Any ideas?

      Unfortunately, no. The symptoms are gone right now, but they'll probably be back again at some point. It looks just like the photos of less severe balanitis online, but what makes me think it might be something else is the fact that it goes away, like how it's gone now, and comes back.
