    I don’t agree.

If you killed yourself, you would be giving away your power to the people that abused you. They would win.

and they don’t deserve to win and take your power away. Don’t give them that. Be a fighter for yourself and rise up!

what happened to you was absolutely not your fault!

Remember this.........THE BEST REVENGE IS LIVING WELL!!

    Take some first steps ......

    1. get some counseling and learn how to deal with these past wounds. There are many places that offer free or low-cost counseling. you can even go to a local church or community center for some resources on that.
    2. Start taking care of yourself. Eat healthy, get a little exercise even if it’s just a walk, get up in the morning with a grateful attitude. look in the mirror and say I love you to yourself! . No matter what your situation is.
    3. The past does not exist anymore, no matter how painful it was. It’s time to move forward and take care of yourself.
    4. there is a lot of help out there for you so that you can get a fresh start in life!
    5. SO, The best way to deal with the pain is first of all through counseling to learn how to release your past pain so that you can be free to live a joyful life.when we hold onto past pain , we are in a sense making ourselves like a prisoner. Because we let the past block us from finding happiness.

. When you release it, you are free!

YOU can do it! One day at a time. One step at a time. Please get that support!

here is a number you can call if you are in the US and really feel down and need somebody to talk to right away. and they may also have some counseling resources for you!

      It’s completely confidential. 800-273-8255 take care! ❤❤❤
