Been feeling this for a week now. Diet change or anxiety?

like the title says my stomach has been feeling tight lately, especially since I've made healthier diet changes and am keeping active. what's more is that along with this tightness I can also feel tightness on the middle left side of my back, more than likely where my stomach is. have any of you experienced this when changing your diet? would it be more of an anxiety issue or digestive one?

weird a burger would make you feel good but ok! glad it's eased off.

same, but I think me cutting out junkfood and soda cold turkey mightve caused this. even worse since I used that kind of food as a coping mechanism

if you can identify where you went wrong you can correct it. never cut anything cold turkey, ask for help 1st.

Update: feeling that tight stomach sensation less and less but I feel like something is pressing against the back of my ribs or a muscle Is becoming taut. aside from that I've lost 8lbs from what I weighed originally. 200lbs and down to 192lbs
