So I was on the bus the other day when I suddenly felt really dizzy and as if I was going to throw up. I ran off the bus and felt fine so I thought It was motion sickness (I've never had motion sickness before) but then for the past 2 weeks since this has happened I keep getting dizzy spells and feeling sick but mainly I Dont feel right and I can't explain how I feel all I can call it is feeling weird and been getting headaches that are bearable not like migraines but they are different types of headaches that I'm use to. I haven't been eating as much as I normally do either. I've tried to book appointments with my gp and because they so busy they offer me a phone call instead but she just rushes me and tells me it not that serious has anyone experienced this weird feeling ???

If i was you i would make an appointment with your gp, even if its a long wait. Dont say what its about. The. When you see her, you can tell her you now have this all the time, not just 'spells', you could have Migraine Associated vertigo, whoch is like silent migraines, not the pain usually, associated with a migraine. Look it up,on line.. What country are you in.  I als get travel sick now on buses so, carry a bottle of coca cola (Must be the actual brand) and preferably flat, but desnt matter if not. Ts good for nausea. Also Ginger is good for that feelng. But dont back down from the dr.

A phone call is not enough. You need to be examined personally to determine exactly what you have.

It may be vestibular neuritis, followed by poor compensation. It does not sound like vestibular migraine or a stroke, as you were able to walk off the bus.

I tell people the same thing. I get a quick spin sometimes. Little dizziness. Sound can set it off to. Sometimes the quick spin and weird feeling is a warning shot. Have a bad episode of vertigo waiting for the right time to attack. Sometimes it's just the anxiety from the spin and dizziness. When the vertigo hits it's like it goes right threw me. Right from my head to my toes. Man I hate that feeling. Motion can set it off. Alergies from season change. Feel fine one minute. Weird the next. I could go on and on. TV makes it bad, Computer. Phone not as bad. Then ears start to ring. Headache sometimes. Went for MRI yesterday. Had other tests done. Was told years ago had bppv. Things are diff now. Waiting to find out what they say now. Took MRI with contrast of brain, blood vessels, nerves, etc. Scan of inner ears and nerve connections etc. Scans took a hour and a half.

Hi I have migraine associated vertigo or silent migraine (the other name for it).  Its a vestibular problem and you dont have to have actual classic migraines to have it.  The worst part of it for me is the dizziness.  Go to your gp and see what he says. In fact most GPs and ENTs dont know much about it.  You need to see a neurologist but you have to start somewhere.  Dont let it get a grip of you as its much harder to get rid of.  Ive had mine 4 years 24/7 and you dont want that.
