Been having this problem with ears any help would be helpful?

have tinnitus and hyperacusis but been getting this and it feels like it greeting worse when talk get an echo went to see audiologist and had a hearing test had both types of hearing tests and she said it seems fine do have rhinitis she thinks it's that and douching will help don't think that will fix it what do people think my mum think it's nothing to worry about but it's very bothersome what do people think it might be hope explained my self.
