Been on citalopram for just under 3 weeks

hi

I have been on citalopram 10ml for just under 3 weeks due to anxiety and panic attacks but I keep peeing alot felt like I had a water infection but I haven't any one elts have this problem ? also I'm not sleeping well fall asleep ok but then I wake up alot during the night

Having mad dreams sweating going toilet heart feels like its beating fast sometimes and don't want to try all different medications as I'm trying to get back into work I'm not increasing my dose if this is happening on 10ml as doctor was going to put them up to 20ml but I said no can any one help?
