I've been taking mirt since February, I've probably had more bad days than good to be honest, I don't feel any happier, bad dreams and very tired, no motivation to do anything, I have a review on Wednesday, oh and weight gain!

Hi patricia.. Ive been on 30mg mirt since last November & have experienced the roller-coaster ride on this med..  Questioned if it had stopped working..  irritable, moody & pains in the most hideous parts of my body grrrrrrrrrr..  Psych Dr had no intention of dropping dose..  Now, Im seriously thinking if I should halve the med or if I will suffer even worse with a damn good clout of depression that knocks me down for the count..

Yes I also started mirt back in November and good to start with them seemed to have the opposite effect. Diarrhoea, jittery, teary etc. I started an ssri back in April with pdoc's advice and now tapering mirt. Hoping the ssri gives me some buffer. So far so good, only a couple of shaky days. Good luck??
