Don't think you can go up higher than 200mg on Sertraline not sure but I think that's the limit. It's a massive dose how are you coping?

I was told not to go above 200 mg without perform doctor. Told it was dangerous to do so.

    Hi Carol

You are already on a very high dose. If it would have worked for you it would have done so by now. I think you need to go back to your doctor again asap. These drugs are to be increased or decreased only under medical supervision. Maybe the doctor can wean you off this slowly and put you on another drug. Just be very careful thats all.

You might need a lower dose or a different drug.

    Please consult your doctor.

    Hi Carol,

I am on 100mg of Sertraline and had a massive panic attack today that wouldn't stop, pins n needles hands cramped closed same with jaw.

Lasted about 30 mins and then another 40-50 to calm down when paramedic arrived.. Totally exhausted..

On a plus point 5mg Diazepam slowly helps me calm down..
