Been on stertraline for 6 months now moved up to 100 8 wks ago but seemed to of got more anxious

    hi , you didnt even feel any improvment in anyway?

    All antidepresants work very slow .

    you should have better moments through the day by now not intense anixiety .

    if you feel worse then a visit to your doc should be done .

      yeah at first on 25 mg i was ok but then went up to 100mg 8 wks ago and i feel full of anxiey

      what makes your anixety high ?

      intrusive thoughts? i get thoughts about feeling bad and when will i get better so i feel scared and anxious .

      hi again

      i just wake with a nervous feeling every morning now and i think bad things of course because its everyday now i always to be a little better in the evenings

      how bout u ?

      as soon as i WAKE ITS THERE

      HORRIBLE SCARED FEELING

      AND IT LASTS TILL ARIUND 6 pm then it eases

      so thats y i am coming off it

      its not helping me anymore and i dont wanna go up to 150 that scares me too as feel wat happens if i get worse

      may be 150 will help u more .

      i wake with heart racing too and scared feeling all day too but 100 mg helped me before so i dont know why is that .

      also im all day thinking about myself and that drags my mood to be low and unhappy .

      in general i think its doing something but detailed im not yet where i want to be .
