Been taking fluoxetine for about 3 weeks now

I've been taking fluoxetine for about 3 weeks now....started 10mg for 8 days and then began with 20mg after that and the past 2 nights I've been waking up with labored breathing and a tightness in my chest. I cant tell if im having a panic attack or if its a side effect. I was experiencing alot of side effects like the first week after i started the 20mg but they all went away. I am very sensitive to medications... I experience every side effect there is and I've been telling my doctor about all the side effects I've been experiencing and she just keeps saying that alot of it is my anxiety from even taking an antidepressant. Has anybody ever experienced breathing problems?
