22 male here and was diagnosed with nitrite in urine. everything else was negative including urine culture. the docters have perscribed me with cipro and after my 3 days were done im still having an issue with with my bladder wanting to go. am i screwed or is there something else im missing?

I believe that you need to speak to your GP and drink lots of water.
