I really am at my wits end.
I am a 26 year old female.
I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia about 4 years ago. But since then I have seemed to get progressively worse with no apparent cause.
In the past two years or so I have noticed particularly troubling symptoms. I may wake up feeling fine, but all of a sudden I will turn ghastly pale, start shaking and feeling weak, get dizzy, feel absolutely floored with exhaustion and feeling breathless, sometimes with chest pains.
It feels exactly like anaemia (which I have had before) but my iron levels (as well as all other vitamin and mineral levels) are perfect!
It is not hypoglycaemia because it does not improve with eating. I am not deficient in anything, and my blood glucose and blood count are all normal. Blood pressure and heart rate is normal. My thyroid levels are normal and I have even had an MRI recently on my brain and spinal cord to rule out MS, agan normal!
Doctors suggest it is just fibro and have told me there's nothing they can do for me. So of course I am trying to find answers myself. What else can I do? I have to hold onto some hope of finding something...
There are days where I can hardly walk, I constantly feel exhausted and ill (and then there are days like today where I feel like I will drop down dead) and I am so worn out mentally from it all.
Has anyone had similar symptoms to me? Have you ever had a diagnosis?
I know it's impossible for people to diagnose just based on my post. I'm just looking for a potential lead. Something I can look into, anything.
Please help me!

Hashimotos can cause surge feelings like that, I've had what you are talking about so I have looked into Hashimotos but I was negative for the antibodies but during my research lots of people mentioned episodes like that.
Do you drink caffeinated drinks? Tea, coffee, soda etc, do you smoke? Are you on any meds? Sometimes the caffeine can make you feel like that especially mixed with noicotine. It could also be side effects of medication if your on any. I now only drink decaf tea. Do you get palpitations? Perhaps buy a blood pressure monitor from chemist they are quite affordable now and monitor your blood pressure, heart etc. I seem to have low blood pressure and a high heart rate, your blood pressure could be dropping as mine is quite low when I feel like that. Take photos of the screen if anything is up and make a note what you were doing so you can present any odd findings to the dr.
Finally there is something called POTS. Look up the symptoms of that as it can cause similar symptoms too.
