    Hello!

Sorry to hear you are suffering. I have a lot of similar issues (along with some heartburn) and still haven't had a clear diagnosis (endoscopy and ultrasound scan were clear)

PPIs have mostly worked on the heartburn but the chest pressure, burping and general feeling of being drained and restless at the same time have continued.

I found the only way of reducing the symptoms is to cut out all of the common triggers as well as a host of others. so no cake or biscuits, no red meat and no liquid except water. Even then, i am symptomatic and SO BORED of drinking water (although grateful for the relative relief it brings).

I think the issue seems to be that for everyone where the PPIs dont work, we have to find our own bespoke treatment.

hope you start to feeling better soon.
