Soon as I eat I start to belch bad. My stomach blows up with gas and I'm sick of this. I've been on nexium for 15 years and nothing works anymore. This all started back after I was having bad panic attacks in January. Does anyone have any ideas what's going on??? I also take a probiotic every day also

If it happens that quickly , it almost sounds like an allergic reaction . Take note of the food you eat , maybe it’s grains ? Nexium is a Ppi , it won’t do a thing for you except screw your stomach up . Maybe it’s the Nexium . Try to wean yourself off the stuff , but do it slowly . You are on the right track with probiotics , what finally healed me is going on a Ketogenic diet . Read up on it , it ended up clearing all inflammation from my body including my reflux .

Bloating could be food related. I went and saw a Dietician about 6 weeks ago and she noticed I was bloated. She put me on a gluten free, dairy free diet for 2 weeks and Bingo, my bloating is much much better. Also put on Probiotics and other powder for my gut. Now trying a Fod map diet (when I don't cheat)! I originally went to see if she could help me with my spasms and she said it all stems from the gut so trying to calm things down there should help my spasms. Also, taking 40mg of Somac everyday. Watching what I eat and also not drinking coffee with caffeine or acidy foods. Food is the easiest thing to try and eliminate to see if you get results. I don't think eating chocolate and eating ice-cream every night helped my situation. Haven't had a bad spasm since end of April. Eat small meals regularly rather than big meals and don't eat 3 hrs before going to bed (which I'm still guilty of).
