Bell's Palsy, Dizziness and Ear Pain

I had Bell's Palsy in 2018, I have recovered about 60 percent. I also developed synkinesis and I get botox injections for it. My affected ear has been really bad lately, it has been really sensetive, I have been in constant pain (4-5/10). It can regulate loud noises and constantly rings. Since this started few weeks ago, i have been feeling very dizzy, my balance is off-center. I have this internal feeling of swaying back and forth. Is there anyone who experienced something similar? Do you think these two symptoms can be related? I have talked to my neurologist but she didn't really take it seriously. I am really worried, it might be something more serious.
