Hi I'm a 30 year old female and I woke up 2 days ago nd noticed my left side of my face wasn't moving I went into the ER and they told me I have Bells Palsy I was put on na antivirus a steriod n eye drops but now I hve a pain going down my neck like a pintched nerve I put a heating pad on my neck but it seems to make it worse can someone help me plzzz nd do you know how long my face is going 2 be this way?

Bells palsy can I’m afraid take months before the symptoms go away.
Make sure you use the eye drops - or your eyes will dry out and you’ll get blepharitis.
Take the steroids and antivirals exactly as prescribed - they will speed up recovery.
Keep your head up - this will get better.
