Belly bloatedness

Hi there I am Taniya female my age 20 years. Im noticing my belly bloatedness unusually from 7-10 days even to an extent that my waist shape has changed and waist size increased from 36-38 i.e, 2 inches. Also I see that my navel has become a bit deeper as well. Is this a usual bodily change? Considering the fact neither I'm having periods or any other medical conditions such as cough or cold or any vaginal problem. Thanks.
