Belly Button infection? Hernia? I have absolutely no clue!

This is my belly button. During the past week, I noticed that my naval was discharging blood and a greenish, thick mucus. I thought maybe I scratched it or something and it got infected. So, I have been putting alcohol and triple antibiotic ointment for the past 5 days and it has only gotten worse. It is sore to the touch and isnt showing any signs improvement. Today, after cleaning I was finally able to take a picture and I am honestly dumb founded! I have no clue what this might be or what causes it, but I would love for it to be healed soon. Any thoughts on what this could be? image

    i have no idea what it is. but i would for sure see a doctor. i doubt its am std probably some sort of skin infection.
