Belly button pain but no infection

I'm an 23 year old Female with no kids.

over the past week I have had this pain in and around my belly button. there is no sign of infection. the pain is worse when I bend forward, even slightly, or when I touch it. the pain is severe and can last a minute or two when triggered. there is no redness and no bumb (hernia) but the pain makes me feel nauseous the longer it goes on. it hurts trying to get up from sitting or lying down or picking something up.

any ideas on what it could be?

I try to avoid my GP as they are incompetent.
