I receive carers allowance because I care for my daughter. She has just started getting universal credit - will this affect my carers allowance ?

    Hi,

    No it won't because the carers allowance is your money and the UC is your daughters money. 2 people claiming different benefits. What she claims doesn't affect you or vise versa.
