Benign Fasciculation Syndrome and Tremors

A BFS patient in another website said that BFS is not progressive, there is just periods where it can be worse or better. I'm about to turn 20 and can say that my condition has advanced. When I was in mid-adolescence tremors, myoclonus and spasms almost never occurred. Now it's just the opposite, tremors in particular happen whenever I move. I'd like to hear from those BFS patients who have constant tremors if they keep getting worse over time, thus being equal to the condition Essential Tremor.

Ty in advance.
