cant you see the extra skin coming out of my foreskin?

I wouldn't consider that to be a medical condition. It's just the way you look. I'm cut and I do have some extra skin too in the bottom and a bit on the tip bellow the hole. But again, that's how it looks and you shouldn't worry about it. If you REALLY hate the way it looks, which you shouldn't, you can always go for circumcision but note that it wouldn't remove the skin on the tip. You can consult a doctor for that procedure but honestly I wouldn't.

nah dont want circumcision just a strong cream that could at least make it less visible

I dont think that there's a cream that removes skin specially on very sensitive areas. You can always do a cosmetic surgery, but thats a lot of risk for no gain. If the skin is not preventing you from having sex and enjoying your life, then your good. Yours look very natural.

What is the cream you are currently using? The Specialist who is most knowledgable of these kinds of issues is a Urologist, have you seen one yet?

Are you able to draw your foreskin back to reveal the entire head / glans of your penis?

      corvital 1/5 is the cream.

i saw a Gp and he said its just a cosmetic thing and that a urologist would say the same but i still want it less visible without surgery
