i'm only 21 and have lost 3 out of 4 jobs due to my anxiety already..

It is possible. But it requires getting help and having a good coping skill that falls within what you can't or can't do with work. Try to find something you really enjoy about work. Not that always will help but it sometimes does for me. Take care of yourself we are here for you

it seems so hard to find something to stick to, everytime i find something i enjoy, its only a matter of time before it becomes too overwhelming and unbareable

computer jobs. Graphic design. . Data marketing. IT jobs.
Working with animals. They are in need of overnight shifts as well in shelters, many vet hospitals overnight shifts or any shift. Animals can have a soothing effect on a person.
A trade job. Can usually have more control over choosing your hours. Plumber, electrician, oainters, landscaping or mechanic. Hands on and busy jobs not a lot of people interaction.
