What do people think is the best drops for dry eyes ideally preservative free

    I use the red hydrosan drops but interested to hear if anyone thinks there's anything better.

    Hello lotsofpain

    I find a saline solution administered in an eye bath very helpful. I make up a bottle of saline so it is always to hand.

    The hospital put me on liquifilm tears. But not realy any difference to me.thinking of trying hydrosan drops .
