Best medication for menopause

HI I am going through all different symptoms, ie, weeing more buzzing down below, internal treamberling, depression, anxiety, age 58, just wondering what has worked for people, vitamins, or antidepressants, hormones, ? Many thanks

    Hello. The best treatment for me has been bhrt which I've been taking since March. I'm so much better now, and it alleviated a lot of my symptoms like anxiety, depression, shaking, aches and pains, utis etc. I've also started taking menopace vitamins, and I take a multi vitamin and apple cider vinegar. Xx

      Hi Sassy,

      Can you take bhrt even though you still have periods or do they only prescribe it for you once you've stopped seeing them?

      I was wondering the same sharcerv...I cannot bear estrogen deficiency symptoms anymore

      I am still having regular periods

      Lord help us...

      Now, I am listening to amelie soundtrack in order to keep calm myself
