Best muscle relaxants for fibromyalgia?

Hi, just wondered if anyone could recommend good muscle relaxants for Fibromyalgia? I’m on methocarbamol just now and don’t feel much difference with them. Also taking duloxetine 60mg and co-codamol but in this cold weather I’m struggling with the pain.

      Usually at a health food store Sophie. It has helped me a great deal. It is a natural muscle relaxant.
