Hi everyone
I have had to stop Fem 7 for the second time due to rash bruising and itching at the patch site. Evorel Conti patch made me seriously depressed.
Any ideas for the above? Please am getting desperate!

Are you able to take HRT orally instead?
I see a lot of issues with the patches.

I haven't tried the oral route as I have read of ladies having so many problems with them.

It's worth giving it a try. There's lots of options. We all respond in different ways and what suits one person doesn't suit another. It's a matter of trying out different ones until you get one that suits you. However, that is also dependent on having a doctor who is willing to prescribe for you. All the best. Lyn

Thank you very much for replying. It seems that way in the HRT minefield! My doctor refused to give me the Estradot patch & progesterone supplement as she said she hadn't done it before. Will keep trying.
