Best Pillow

Hi - I wanted to ask what pillow do most of you use. Most normal pillows are too high for me and give me bad pain.

Since my diagnosis last year, I have been sleeping on a sofa pillow that is not too high. Its life is expiring and I am terribly worried about what to replace it with.

hi.......... i changed firstly to a firmwer mattress ( a John Lewis 1400 ortho ) and it's not too firm, and then a tempura pillow, they come in 2 strengths, and have the firmer one and it's fine - again from JL.......

If you have a JL near you.. do try one in the store as pillows are non refundable - so get it rigt there and then, they have a full range and they let you take them to the beds so you can ly down and test as many pillows as you like.

    hope this helps

with me csm i do not have neck pain... just numbish rt hand - more noticable at night.

Hi there, I bought a Mediflow Waterbase Fibrefill Pillow, Regular Size from Amazon and to date it's the best pillow I've ever had for my cervical Spondylosis.  You can fill it up with the right amount of water to suit you.  It weighs a ton but so comfortable!
