It's probably normal to feel like that since it's your first pill. Wait a week and see how it goes.

    Good luck.

I take mine 100mg in the morning, doctor told me it’s best in the morning as this helps with any anxiety and stress I have not felt sick on them, the only side effect I had was feeling out of it for a few days quite a strange but nice feeling. This has gone now. Hope you are feeling better soon.

I've been on sertraline for about 7 years now, I started on 50mg altho I'm now on 100mg. I started taking mine in a morning but they were making me really tired so my doctor suggested trying to take them in an evening, I find this works better for me

I started Sertraline about five days ago and take it with my dinner because then it makes me tired by the time I want to go to bed. Also eating it with a meal may help with nauseasmile

I took mine at night for the first few days. And found I couldn’t sleep.

So my doctor suggested to take it in the morning.

Just keep in mind that feeling sick and upset stomach are a symptom of the medication and may take a few weeks to pass

I take my medication (Paxil an SSRI drug) in the morning after eating a little breakfast. Usually with that first cup of coffee. Been doing it that way for over 26 years.

Feeling a little sick when you first start an SSRI medication is normal. Give it a few weeks to get over the side effects, you should feel better.
