my 34 old cousin just passed away to sudden cardiac arrest leaving everyone in the family shocked and devastated.
out of fear I got my cholesterol checked and it came borderline high for all types.
total cholesterol 222
ldl 152
hdl42
is there anything to worry?
also what needs to be done to reduce cholesterol in best way
