I have been off propranolol for almost 6 weeks now and still experience a fast heart rate when standing/with movement, adrenaline rushes, random spasms in my body, tremors, pins and needles etc. For those who have experienced withdrawal, how long did it last for you and when did the heart racing begin to settle?

I forgot to add I get numbness on side of body and tachycardia when eating/showering too

Hello Yazmjn,
What dose of propranolol were you on? Did you taper off of it or did you just quit ? Ive read that if you quit cold turkey your withdrawel symptoms last longer.. Theres a topic on here thats just for propranolol I believe.
