Hi - i have an old bottle of betadine sore throat spray that i used quite a while ago for virus symptom releif. The spray is still within the expiry date, however it does mention in small writing on the bottle 'keep at room temperature for 3 months after opening' - does this mean after the 3 months it must be discarded even if the expiration date has not been met?
