Hi been taking betahistine 16mg three times a day for past 4 months. I suffer badly with hay fever. soon as spring starts. Been told not to take a antihistine tablet. What can I take to relieve the hay fever?

I use Bechonase nasal spray , tbh it lasts longer than the tablets. I usually get all season out of a bottle and it work pretty much straight away.
