betahistine prochlorperzine do they help??

I have vertigo. The type where you feel unbalanced and foggy headed. Nothing spins. I wondered if anyone has had any success with these tablets and these symptoms.

    Hey, so iv had vertigo/tinnitus for about three months now I’m on both prochlorperazine and betahistine started them 4 days ago and feel like there aren’t doing anything, what should I do? Also whilst you had the symptoms did you feel like you were rocking on a boat back and forth, even whilst you were lying down?
