hi, I see all of you are on bethistine to help your vertigo. What is it does it have side effects? Thanks, Chris

    Hi. Give it time. I am on a higher dose -24 x 3 per day and it took about 3 months to stabilise my fluctuating hearing then the tinnitus subsided. I will stay on this for another 6 months then maybe gradually cut down. Perhaps you need a higher dose?

    I'm going to ask my doctor. I thought he said I was on the highest dose. Thank u for info
