Beyond Dry January

Hi I am on my 6th dry January since 2015, and will have no issue doing the month and perhaps a few more days. However once I start drinking again, I find I will drink everyday sometimes until the next dry January or until say a dry June/ October/ November. It is very much once I have had a day drinking the next day I really want one, if I don't drink for 3 days it is no issue.
When drinking typically I will have two G&Ts and a bottle of wine, so around 13 units or 91 a week, all between 6.30pm and 10pm, not good, though I live a normal life and have no real issues when stopping bar a little anxiety. I am in my late 50s and all my friends drink and to be fair I it takes away the boredom of life, but I cannot see a way I can just drink at weekends or say on a Tuesday and not again until the weekend. Any thoughts help?

can you go back into what worked for you to stop in the first place. there are medications that can help block the brain from the constant incessant craving.. ask your doctor . AUD is considered a disease now and three are many that can help you . insurance can cover treatment.
