Your soooo precious Kaz, we just got home from down south-Hobart..we went and stayed at the Casino and watched an awesome show...so far no pain..yay...just been on the back massager.,then in the sauna then the shower, doing everything to make sure I'm good tomorrow..it's 2.30pm here..nice sunny day..cold though-naturally it is winter.mmm( husband has just brought some king prawns home from  tea from the shops, O' my we gave eaten lots this weekend) .but the snow was on Mt Nelson in Hobart...brrrr.....the usual for our winter...it's 200 Kilometers  from here, but we do have lots of little stops on the way in some really quaint little villages..like England they are...early settlers from the UK..their everywhere down  here....morning tea and lunch etc..but once in the casino..they have everything at your finger tips,.including lovely heated pool .... Damien Leif was singing he is Irish, you might have heard of him...he was on Australia's Got Talent??? Can't remember wether or not he won it was a few years  ago now..,anyway he's back in April he is doing a special  Roy Osbison tribute to him being 80 if he was still alive..Damien can sing like him..,it should be good...I think we will go up here to the local  Country Club Caino..we won't have to stay  the night it's only about 15 Kilometers..away...He was doing a show up here tonight actually..but we just wanted to go down south and have a (little spoil us)break..can't believe how well I slept there last night too..but I was very tired after the show..it didn't finished till 11 pm and that's very late for me. now...lol..anyway Kaz, hope your enjoying the weekend..I think you've started it already..be blessed..hope you have a great pain free big sleep weekend..:-) xxx lol

      Morning Kaz

Feeling slightly brighter today, thanks....may have had a few hours sleep last night as I didn't hear my husband's alarm clock set for 4am as he works shifts starting at 5am. I usually hear his alarm and remind him to wake up if he hasn't woken up, but as I didn't prompt him he overslept...cheesygrin. So I must have had some sleep but was up once my husband went to work at 5.30pm.

Having a chillaxed day with my boys. My younger son wanted to make trifle so we have made for later on this evening. Salmon and veg on menu for tonight.

Hope you are feeling better today, enjoy the rest of your Sunday. Gentle hugs to you.wink xx

good morning christine How are you today hun hope you slept well. I woke up once in the night, then went back off and woke at 6.30 this morning. I have gone minimalistic too christine. I just cant clean like I use too, this house of mine gets very dusty. So I let go of some antique bits we had. Anything that harbours dust Ive got rid of. The charity I give too came last wed and collected some more stuff. So the house is down to its bare bones now.Less to clean more easier to keep clean now.Hope you have a good week, and alovely day today. Take care big hug comeing to you xxsmile
