Big red spot followed by rash.

Hello,

3 days ago I woke up with a big red spot above my right buttock (roughly the size of a thumb nail). It doesn't hurt unless I touch it (it is kinda itchy but doesn't bother me). 2 days after the red spot appeared I got a rash all over my torso. Red spots are small and there is a lot of them. They aren't itchy nor do they hurt but it is still kinda concerning. On the photos you can see how the rash and the red spot look like. If you have any idea what might it be please help.

PS. I'm 18 y/o if that helps.
