big toe is not moving

I have cut my left foot a month ago.the wound is healed but i cant lift my big toe upwards.

    Could you lift it after you cut it? Either you could a tendon or you tendon has scar tissue that has healed near it to stop the tendons from gliding.

      You're right but I can't understand  wheather it has scar tissue or it is torn completely.Anyways thanks to You.

    Sounds like you have tendon or nerve damage. Your big toe is cruical for balance. "Get thee to a doctoree"

      I went to a doc,infact I have been going to him from the beginning .but now he's saying it should have been  fixed in the first three days.he told me to go to any other doc now.
