Veeery big tyson gland?
I also have a small one on the start of the ferulum
No pain, itch or puss, its a bit hard on the touch
I have a bit short ferulum so i dont usually see the back of the head very good, no idea if its new or months old

Hi I'd have it checked with your doctor it's to big looking for a Tyson spots I think. It could be a scar it seems to be making the frenulum tight with some adhesion to your glans. Possibly it could be a cyst as well with scarring?
I'd have it checked Man and probably removed.
