Bilateral avascular necrosis

I have bilateral avascular necrosis of both feet and am just wondering has anybody else got this or know much about it.

      Thanks yes ive googled it spoke to gps and consultants i was really just tryin to find someone with the same thing so cud see how there coping with it and what help they have been offered.
