Bilateral hip pain after knee revision

Had a knee revision 8 weeks ago and have a lot of hip pain I know my hips are bad but 3 years ago I had both knees replaced at the same time and didn't have any hip pain

    You might try some deep tissue massage. It helped me with the same problem. You can use a foam roller or an old-fashioned rolling pin or your knuckles to do this yourself. I used blue emu lotion (or any lotion) and you rub where it hurts until it actually doesnt hurt any more. It's almost miraculous! Seriously. :^) You may have to do this several times over a few days or weeks, but it's been very helpful for me.

    Also, adding hip strengthening exercises helps as well.
