H i know what you mean about the burning feeling still have it after 3 years but its a lot better than the arthritic pain i think its something we have to live with also i tended to think by working the joint hard i may damage it but it seems to me the harder you work it with decent exercise program the better it gets good luck

Nance133, i Don't understand how you can do TAE-KWONDO and also YOGA and yet have difficulty walking down stairs, do you have any trouble walking up-stairs?

no not much of a problem going upstairs Go figure!
