Bilateral Menieres

For those that have bilateral menieres can you please tell me how the symptoms started with you when it started to go to the second ear. Ive been diagnosed with unilateral (left side) menieres since 2011. Lately every now and then I get a high pitch ringing in my right ear. Could this mean its starting to move over there? Thank you!

How mine progressed so far:
I'v only recently been diagnosed with maniers...sparing the details why I had been taking Klonopin(a Benzodiazapine) for anxiety and percieved panic atacks. About 2 1/2 years ago I tried to get off the valium like Klonopin, but every time IO did, I would spin get anxious and freak out. I thought I had a "drug withdrawal". Spinning ears ringing and could sleep for 3 days. Went to an Urgent care and got the "drug seeking" treatment. Felt awful. 2 days later came down with Shingles which lasted a little over a year! Now I read that Herpes (SHingles?) may act as a catalyst and really bring the maniers to the forefront. Found out just last week tha I am doomed. Seeking help over the years left me feeling shame, embaracment and persecution because the Klonopin made me feel better. Never "wanted" to take it, it just helped. I blamed all my problems on trying to quit this crazy drug, when I was never addicted to it!
I hope your journey is a smoother one.
So I guess for me it started as anxiety and dizzyness only. Later came the stuffy ear pain and 24/7 ringing and inability to walk with eyes closed.
