Sorry, phone is causing some trouble. Anyhow what could cause bilateral leg flexor spasticity with some erection and bladder trouble yet with no back pain? Neuro says maybe ms due to my age (30), but it seema kind of odd to come on so suddenly. On the other hand compression uaually causes pain and both a neuro and an orthopedist said it doesnt seems like compression to them. Have an mri schduled in three weeks.

    Thanks

    Mike

Doubt its cp..it has quite a different onset and symptoms (it manifests in childhood)..though maybe its some sort of late mild cp..

I have had 5 back surgeries and I have all kinds of pain in my legs including spasms like this: Involuntary movements, which may include spasms (brisk and/or sustained involuntary muscle contraction) and clonus (series of fast involuntary contractions) especially my feel and calves which are very painful. I know that's not cp either. Is yours in your legs?

Yup. Calfs and hams..not spasms but constant contraction/pain when stretching..just started one day. Now some bladder/bowel/erection issues as well. Wierd thing is no back or neck pain

I did, waiting for an mri now (saw two neuros and an orthopedist..say said they dont think its compression because there is jo pain or loss of sensation..but it just seems weird, not much else it can be.

The other issues were probably there as well except it took me some time to notice them

So sorry you are going through this.  I know it must be very frightening for you. A piece of advice, when you get the MRI report, save a copy for yourself.  You might need it later, and it's so much easier if you already have the report.
