Bilateral Varicocele Embolization and Still felling pressure in Testicles

Greeting's,

Last week I had a procedure of Bilateral Varicocele Embolization on Right and Left Testicles, I had a open surgery of Left Testicle 10 years ago, But for the last 2 year felling the same pain while sitting or standing for a long time.

After going through the procedure of Bilateral Varicocele Embolization on both Testicles, Right Testicle was Swollen but in a week is back to Normal, But Left Testing is still have the Pain and Heaviness I, am quit uncomfortable in the night as well.

Kindly guide me what should I do.
