bile pipe larger than normal

Hi guys can anyone help me here. Recently had blood in poo.had cameras up and down Also CT scan diagnosed Gastritis nothing else. Got a call from specialist last week to say all ok however we noticed your bile pipe is larger than normal so will you come for an MRI. I asked him if I should be worried and he said he did not think so as it could have a lot to do with the fact that I have no gallbladder and I am older,and he did not see anything else to warrant concern as such just wants to check before he signs me off. Bit worried now. Please help.
