Bile Salt Malabsorption

Hi,  i had my gallbladder removed in 2010 and have suffered with urgency and loose bowels first thing in the mornings for 5 years until last year i was prescribed colesevelam tablets, that has improved the urgency and the loose bowels but i still get a lot of problems with gas unfortunately because that is a side effect of the tablets, does anyone else get this problem, or does anyone have any ideas how to help it, i don't have hardly any caffeinated drinks?

Thanks cheeky I have looked up sandynan and yes we do have

the same problem, and I do feel very sorry for her because she

does not leave the house or go on holiday, I must admit before I had the colesevelam I was ready to quit work, it was awful, I defiantly lost all my confidence, but I have now been able to manage it better with the tablets and I retire this week. I have read that you have your date 11th April, please don't be upset by all that you

read because I am sure most people who have the gallbladder

removed are fine, we are the unlucky ones
