Birth control making cramps worse?

Ever since I started my period at around 14, I’ve had super bad menstrual cramps. I’m 17 now and over the years they just keep getting worse and worse. I’ll take all the OTC pain medicine I can even starting a week before I’ll get my period, and it doesn’t help. The heating pad doesn’t help either, and during my periods especially the first couple days I bleed really heavy and I’m in so much pain that I can’t even get out of bed. My doctor started me on a birth control a couple months ago to help with the cramps. (I’ve never been sexual active so it’s just for cramps) but with that it was actually making my cramps even worse than they were before so I went off of the pill. Then I saw a gyn doctor who gave me an ultra sound on my stomach and said everything looked perfectly fine down there and to just take the pill and wait six months to see if it helps. She says that’s all she can do for me. So I got on the pill again but now not only am I having bad cramps on my period, I’m just having them All The time even when I’m not even close to starting my period. I’ve had blood tests that all came back negative, I’ve had urine tests that all came back negative and guys I don’t know what to do. The cramps are unbearable and day by day they keep getting worse but I can’t deal with it much longer.
