Birthday today - had a good day but I'm a bit tired now.

I just thought I would share something positive. I know we all need someone to share with when we are having a bad day but I thought it would be nice to share a good experience so that anyone new to the site would know it is possible to sometimes have a good day. I had lunch with my mum, went to Tai Chi (very relaxing) and then met friends for coffee. I then had to go to bed when I got home and will need an early night tonight! Even if I suffer a bit of a flare up I think it will have been worth it as my day has put me in a good mood. Love to all those having a bad day. xx

Happy birthday xx Glad you were able to get out.  You may suffer but it will be worth it for that time out socialising.  The specialists say keep pacing but sometimes we need to make that choice to bust ourselves just to experience that sense of living life how we want to.

Belated Happy Birthday! I'm glad you had a good day - what use are the bad days if we don't have good days to blame them on?! wink

So true, maybe others can tell about their good days to remind us it isn't all bad! (easier said than done sometimesbiggrin)
